Our opening speaker, Crystal Speights, delivered an outstanding message of hope that left a lasting impact on us all. With her transparency, personal testimony, and biblical principles, Crystal reminded us that God’s promises are always "yes" and "amen." Her inspiring story serves as a testament to God's faithfulness, even in the midst of life's darkest moments.

SESSION: Healthy Habits for a Happy Life: Nutrition Strategies to Help You Thrive Through Life's Ups and Downs
During Wednesday's session, CoSandra Beverly took on the role of facilitator and shared with us the effect that life's challenges can have on our relationship with food. She also shared her personal journey of becoming a vegan, and even went on to demonstrate how to make almond milk in a cooking demo. CoSandra's demonstration added even more value to the session, showing us how we can make healthier and more conscious choices in our day-to-day lives.

SESSION: My Anchor of Hope Through the Storm: Finding Hope and Peace in the Midst of Grief and Loss
Our sister in Christ blessed us immensely as she gently and authentically encouraged us to grieve gracefully. Kristi broke down the word D.R.E.A.M. and challenged us to DARE to dream! Kaleb shared three strategies he use for coping with anxiety, stress, and depression. He also allowed us to here his original song, Strong Enough, and discussed the meaning behind it.
